Kemper 7's Tournament

KU, MU, Rogues, Blues, Topeka, Salina, Northland, County

Location of Tournament: Kemper Arena

Parking is free in Liberty Parking Lot on Liberty Street next to I-670
you will need to shuttle over to Kemper from the parking lot to Kemper

Schedule:

Captains meeting: 8:00am
Enter Kemper through large covered walkway on the South Side of Kemper.
To enter this area you will need your passes. We will try to arrange a
way to get the passes to you before Friday or you can pick them up
Saturday. There will be a volunteer tent set up on the Southwest side
of Kemper. Your packets can be picked up at that location.

Check-In: 8:15 am Bring some type of picture I.D. Be sure to have all
players CIPPed.
**Coaches send a list of players by Oct 1
Format: Two Pools Round Robin with First to Teams in each Pool playing
for First
First Round begins at 9:00 am

Round One 9:am to 10:20

Round Two 10:40 to 12:00 THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. WE NEED TO
START AT 9 AM TO BE OUT BY 3:30

Youth clinic 12:00 to 12:30

Third Round 12:40 to 2:00

Possible Women's game if not we will move the final game up
We have to be out by 3:30

***You will be able to use the Locker Rooms in Kemper.

Cost $150 This will pay for passes to get into game and to be used to
get into the events Friday, Sat, Sun
Each team will get 12 passes additional passes can be purchased for
$8.00 from Ben Orth.

You will not be able to play until the $150 entry fee is paid.

THERE WILL BE SEVERAL 1.000 PEOPLE AROUND KEMPER THAT DAY SO BE
PREPARED FOR LINES AND DELAYS. WE ARE PART OF THE FAMILY FUN FAIR SO IT
IS CRITICAL THAT WE PRESENT THE BEST SIDE OF RUGBY. NO PROFANITY, USE
THE LOCKER ROOMS WHEN NEEDED AND BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR. DO NOT
EMBARRASS RUGBY, YOUR TEAM OR YOURSELF.
